I get a lot of emails asking about the Nutrisystem desserts. Of those, many questions are about the cookies. People want to know how they taste, what flavors taste the best, how many choices are available, and how many calories and carbohydrates they contain. I will address these things, as well as tell you which are my favorites and which taste the best (in my opinion), in the following article.
Nutrisystem’s Chocolate Chip Cookies: OK, so this isn’t very original. There are tons to chose from and yet my favorite is this boring standby. I like these because of the chocolate chips and because the texture is nice and chewy. This one has 60 calories from fat and 13 grams of carbs.
White Chocolate Chunk: Do you see a theme here yet? Maybe chocolate? So this cookie has white chocolate, but it’s still very good. And it also has hazelnuts which gives it more depth.

When people write to me asking for information about the “Nutrisystem products,” few seem to realize that there are so many choices available. There are several options for both men and women. And there are several specialty or deluxe options too. I will discuss the many choices that you have on this diet in the following article.
Nutrisystem Products For Women: With in the women’s category, you can chose from several packages. There is the basic women’s (which I believe is the most popular.) This diet runs around 9 per month (but there are always coupons) and has you eating five times per day. You will eat three meals and a snack plus a dessert. You are eating the food that the company provides, although you are asked to add in healthful, fresh sides.
There is also a vegetarian option (it’s the same idea as the basic plan but the foods are only made up of meatless options like veggie lasagna, veggie fajitas, etc.) Additionally, there is what is called “silver” for women over sixty.

Perhaps it’s because we’re on the verge of seeing more and more cold weather. Or, maybe people are starting to evaluate diets in anticipation of New Year’s resolutions. Whatever the reason, I’m starting to get a lot more questions about the Nutrisystem soups. So, in the following article, I will go over some of the more popular soups (that are included in many of the packages,) tell you how they taste and will also discuss the nutritional information, ingredients, and texture of some of them.
Nutrisystem’s Chicken Noodle Soup: This is probably one of my favorites because it’s such a comfort food staple and it’s among my favorite soups even when I am not on a diet. There are relatively generous amounts of both chicken and noodles in this. The noodles are the curly and fat kind – not the skinny short ones, which I appreciate. This entree only has 120 calories and an impressive 10 grams of protein.
