What’s Good On Nutrisystem?

The other day, I received an email from someone who was getting ready to make her first Nutrisystem purchase.  She asked me “which of the foods or choices are good because I want to make sure that I order foods that I will actually like.”  In actuality, most of the choices are pretty good ones, but the answer depends on which of the programs she chose to go with.  I’ll explain this more in the following article.

Tasty Or Good Nutrisystem Foods In The Basic Women’s Program: Most of the foods in most of the plans come out of the basic women’s program.  What I mean by that is that the vegetarian, diabetic and flex (or part time) Nutrisystem plans will all include foods from the basic program which are prepackaged. All of these foods are relatively decent, but some are better than others.

The Price Of Nutrisystem Flex

All you have to do is look around or tune into the media to know that part time, week day only, or “flex” diets are all the rage.  The idea behind these plans is that you can do anything for a short period of time, especially if you are set free on the weekends so that you can get back to enjoying regular eating with your family.  Many experts will tell you that the top reason that people don’t stick with diets is because over time, they just become too restrictive.  As I said, anyone can do something for a short period of time, but if you have to deprive yourself for the long haul, eventually, you will get tired of this.

I believe that’s why there’s been tons of interest in the Nutrisystem Flex program.  The part time, five day per week program allows you to take any 2 days per week off. So, you’re only having to actually “diet” (if you want to call it that) for 20 days per month.  Many of the questions that I get about this diet involve it’s cost or price.  The low cost is yet another attractive feature of the diet because it’s the cheapest option on the program.  I’ll explain this more in the following article.

Examples Of Nutrisystem Foods

I get a lot of emails asking me about the food offerings, taste, and variety of the Nutrisystem foods.  I understand this because when I was researching this diet, the food was what I was most interested in also.  After all, you’re going to be eating this food at almost every meal (unless you go with the flex program) so it’s important that you’ll actually find it enjoyable or at least tolerable.  Because if you don’t, it’s just not going to be a positive experience that you’ll want to repeat or stick with. So, in the following article, I’ll list what would be a sample or typical menu for me so that you can see what a day might be like should you chose this diet.

Decent Amounts Of Variety, Decent Taste: Before I get into the actual meals, I want to take a minute to assure you that the food really is not that bad.  Most of it is not only edible, but actually pretty good.
